We use practices grounded in Educational Neuroscience to educate and empower. We believe social emotional wellness, mindfulness and breath work are pathways to wellness and vitality. Together, we will grow the knowledge and inner resources necessary to elevate yourself and the communities you serve.

GET TO KNOW JADINE

Jadine Laniado,
Founder of “The Breathing
Teacher,” is a SEL &
Wellness Coach with 10+ years of experience, and a Yoga Instructor, certified in Trauma Informed Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. She has received training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mind-Body Medicine, and Applied Educational Neuroscience.

As a multiracial woman, her goal is to create inclusive, brave spaces where you can hold each other accountable, learn and support each other, while putting
equity and liberation
first.

OUR IMPACT

The Impact of what we do is measured by the real-life results of the humans that have partcipated in our programs. From Corporate Wellness, to 1:1 Coaching, to Group Retreats, participants felt more rejuvenated, focused, slept better, and increased their presence. Through our time together, we were able to build belonging, accountability and community.
